These Terms of Service govern your use of Joppy, an AI fitness trainer available as a web app at joppy.app and as iOS and Android apps. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use Joppy.
Joppy provides personalized AI workout programs, exercise videos, nutrition tracking (including photo-based calorie estimation), progress charts, a social feed, and activity tracking with optional Apple Watch, Wear OS, Apple Health, and Google Health integration.
We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Joppy. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You sign in with your email. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
Please notify us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Joppy offers a free tier and a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or YooKassa depending on how you subscribe.
Prices may change with prior notice. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store policy and applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the service, engage in illegal or abusive activity, attempt to disrupt the service, or scrape or extract data by automated means without permission.
Workout plans, nutrition estimates, and recommendations are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for general informational purposes only.
You should use your own judgment before acting on any AI-generated suggestion.
Joppy is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you have a health condition.
You use the service at your own risk.
Joppy and its content, including the app, design, and exercise materials, are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the data you create.
You grant us a limited license to process the data you provide, such as profile details, workouts, and food photos, solely to operate and provide the service to you.
You may stop using Joppy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service unlawfully.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Governing law and venue to be confirmed with counsel.)
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
